Originally published as a series of 14 booklets between 1950 and 1954, this book collects them all together. It contains routines from E. G. Brown, Edward Victor, Peter Warlock and Willane. Lots of good material here.  
 
Condition: Fair, covers very marked, wear, creasing, marks and inscriptions throughout. A good reference copy.
