This very rare book was written to acompany a set of props sold as a correspondence course. Though this book does not have the props, it is still an interesting and rare book. 
 
Condition: Fair/good, the ribbon has degraded and the sheets are now loos within the covers (could easily be replaced), there are two overlapping seals on the cover and the front one is torn (fragment still present), some creasing, wear and focing throughout.
