A wonderful book from the great inventor, Eric C. Lewis. Clearly illustrated by the author, they cover close-up and stage effects. Full of tricks still very effective today. This is the scarcer first edition printed and bound by the author during the paper shortages of WWII. 
 
Condition: Fair for this type of printing, spine paper mostly lost as is usual, wear, marks and creasing to covers including tear to back cover, pages have some yellowing and creasing, better than average copy from this series.
