CollectingMagic.co.uk: The Complete Archive of an Esoteric Blog by Philip David Treece brings together over fifty magic history articles from the blog that ran from 2014 to 2021. It's a deluxe, full-colour, smyth sewn hardback limited to just 120 numbered copies (signed on request). It's our most lavish publication to date, with 260 pages of full-colour articles printed by our specialist UK-based printer on bookwove cream stock.
While the original blog has been closed, the material published there is now available for free in this watermarked PDF available here.
Unlike the digital archive, the printed edition has unwatermarked images and text, extra photographs, an additional section of mini articles that did not appear on the blog, an extended in-depth introduction explaining the roots and history of the blog and a thorough index.
To accompany the book we have also produced an Ephemera Pack containing reproductions of items featured on the blog. Among the items are postcards, a print of The Egyptian Hall and a rare Quehl catalogue page. This can be added to the book for £5.
