This is a 2007 edition of the "Bible" Erdnase, still sealed with sticker inviting the owner to join the Conjuring Arts Research Centre. This appears to be a darker red than issue sold in 2007 and has a different texture finish from the later dark-red edition. It came to me with an identical copy unsealed, so it is certainly a 2007 issue (though this copy has been left sealed).
