This was a pioneering book on card magic with contributions from Paul Valadon and Charles Bertram among others. Included superb photographs. Scarce edition of one of the famous (or infamous) "Yellow Peril" series of books from C. Arthur Pearson. Full of great tricks and fascinating magic adverts from the time.
 
Condition: Fair/poor, spine paper absent as is usual with these, binding loose but still holding together, wear, marks and some creasing.
