Written under the pseudonym "Elbiquet", this is Branson's second book exploring conjuring methods and techniques. It is particularly important due to its sections detailing Indian conjuring including one of the earliest explanations of the Indian cups and balls.

 

Condition: Good, some fading cracking, knocks and repairs to bookcloth on the covers and spine. Inscriptions and bookplate (of the American magician John McArdle) to front endpapers. Internal condition very good with minor yellowing.
