This handsome early book was published by A. W. Gamage when Will Goldston was the manager of their magic department.  Written by one of Goldson's go-to magicians for articles in The Magician, it describes dozens of magic tricks in detail with additional sections on hat and paper manipulation.

Condition: Fair, covers worn, marked and creased, typical for this type of cloth cover book. A few inside papers have red marks and a partially removed Hamley's label is on the title page.
