First edition of one of the rarest of the famous (or infamous) "Yellow Peril" series of books from C. Arthur Pearson. Full of great tricks and fascinating magic adverts from the time. You can read more about this series of books here.
 
Condition: Fair/poor. This suffers from the normal problems faced by books from this series, the spine paper is missing, the boards are only just attached the the text black and the boards are also well-worn with creasing. It has a few ex-library labels, stamps and inscriptions and some yellowing and wear to pages along with some annotations.
